Sophie is an international business powerhouse, known for driving companies to success with her unmatched blend of multidisciplinary expertise, strategic leadership, and dynamic energy.
Shattering the glass ceiling over 20 years ago, she has partnered closely with top-tier companies, industry leaders, emerging startups, and family-owned businesses, always placing their needs at the forefront of her work.
With over 30 years of experience at prestigious firms like P&G, and a track record of partnerships with Fortune 100, French CAC40, and billion-dollar family businesses, Sophie excels in both B2C and B2B environments.
Her role as a tech venture partner and VC advisor, coupled with 15 years of experience on startup boards, has honed her expertise in retail, digital transformation, GTM, marketing, innovation, and strategy.
She has led global teams, implemented cutting-edge digital adoption programs, and rebranded industry giants.
